- ILLUDER.com offers free delivery on any order over R5500 ex vat, alternatively a charge of R150 ex vat is applicable within Johannesburg and R250 ex vat nationally. All deliveries are done via courier and can take between 2 - 5 days before arrival. Any parcel over 15kg will receive a surcharge fee of R150 ex vat on the delivery price.

Any information entered on our website will not be released to any outside party, however we may from time to time send you correspondence on company news, promotions or new products. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any content of pages not within our domain.
- Returns & Replacements
- All products, unless otherwise stated or consumables are covered under our 1 year carry in warranty. Please note that lightning or surge damaged items, as well as any modification such as cutting of power leads will deem the warranty void. Items suspected to be faulty are to be returned to technical support where they will be assessed and repaired or replaced.

- Accepted payment methods include, cash, EFT or credit/debit card, please note that no order will be released until payment reflects in our account. All promotions are valid until the date specified and on a first come basis, all promotions are offered E&OE. No amendments will be allowed on offers.
